April 16The importance of a good education cannot be neglected. In today’s world, it has never been more vital, writes 16-year-old Luke Van Roevan from Melbourne, Australia.
Education has an immense impact on human society. You can safely assume that a person is not ‘complete’ till they have been educated.
Education has always been and will always be the basic tool needed to shape the career of students. In the 21st century, a good education is essential.
Not only will a person be able to make better decisions in life, they will also be able to obtain a higher paying and respected career.
A good education helps a person to determine between what is right and what is wrong. The ability to read, write and perform basic tasks is also learnt from a good education.
Having a good education allows you to get in a field that you enjoy. A recent study shows that a person with a bachelor’s degree will make more than twice the annual income of a person who has earned nothing more than a high school diploma.
A person who is educated is very well respected within society. People tend to look up to and admire a person who has been well educated. A well educated person has the skills to have inspiring and stimulating conversation with their peers.
The importance of a good education cannot be neglected by any nation. And in today’s world, the role of education has become even more vital.
