Commonwealth Youth Climate Network at the Rio+20 UN Conference
June 14The Commonwealth Youth Climate Network (CYCN) is attending the Rio+20 UN Conference (www.uncsd2012.org) which takes place from the 20th-22nd June 2012, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The conference was organized after a series of related activities which began on the 6th of June, these were also attended by the CYCN delegation in Brazil. Members of the delegation are:

3. Ms. Raquel Woods (Australia)
4. Mr. Simon Matafai (New Zealand)
5. Ms. Anam Gill (Pakistan)

The CYCN delegation at Rio+20 is funded by the Commonwealth Youth Programme and supported by the Commonwealth Secretariat and its Economic Affairs Division. One of the milestone event of the delegation at Rio+20 has been the youth-led event ”London+20” organized on the 5th June at the British Youth Council in London.
