One World Media Special Award seeks nominees
February 14The One World Media Special Award is open to media organisations based in a developing country – but interested parties should act now!
The Award is for an independent media organisation based in a developing country using media to address social, cultural, political and economic issues. The Award seeks to recognise and encourage outstanding reporting that informs the public, provides an outlet for local people’s voices, creates a space for critical information and holds those in power to account.
The winning organisation will also receive round-trip airfare to London and accommodation for one representative to attend the One World Media Awards ceremony in June 2018.
