Photo opportunity for Correspondents

January 12th, 2018

The Commonwealth Summit Unit has an opportunity for Commonwealth Correspondents who like taking photos – and who doesn’t enjoy snapping that shot that captures a moment or expresses a feeling?

A Summit Instagram channel will be up and running shortly, kicking off with a campaign to crowdsource photos under the theme of “Commonwealth through your eyes.”

This is a chance for you as a Correspondent to send in a photo that illustrates what the Commonwealth means to you. Multiple entries are welcome.

Photos submitted will be published on the summit Instagram channel. As an exciting bonus, entries also stand the chance of being selected to be displayed at any of the CHOGM meeting venues. Some of these places include the Leaders’ Meeting room at Lancaster House, QEII where the forums take place and the delegate lounge.

The Instagram channel will be launched in the week commencing January 21, 2018, with a January 19 deadline for photo entries.

Entries should be submitted via email to  sheena.ariyapala@cabinetoffice.gov.uk
