YourCommonwealth represented in Cyprus on Commonwealth Day 2024 (+video)

March 24th, 2024

Commonwealth Correspondent Katerina Panagi represented YourCommonwealth in Cyprus on March 11 as the British High Commission Nicosia & British Council Cyprus celebrated #CommonwealthDay 2024.

Katerina, who is the first Cypriot Correspondent said it was an amazing experience to organise a workshop on culture and creativity for aspiring students.

As this year marks the 65th anniversary of the Commonwealth Scholarships Scheme, I would like to extend my deepest gratitude for the warm reception and invitation of the British Council Cyprus and the UK in Cyprus – British High Commission Nicosia to the Commonwealth Youth Workshops that took place on the 11th of March 2024 in Nicosia, Cyprus to celebrate the Commonwealth Day.

“It is through the empowerment of our young minds that we secure a brighter, more prosperous future for all within the Commonwealth and beyond,” Katerina said.
